How to Book?



This is an online expo that allows you to book units at discounted prices from several developers. To benefit from the exclusive prices, you must book your unit via this page. Select the unit you are interested in and book the unit by paying the initial booking fee (2,000 EGP) using your credit card. The initial booking fee is fully refundable within 7 days.  


As soon as you book your unit, you will get an email that contains the contact info of the developer. Contact the developer promptly to sit with the sales team, review the project and unit details to confirm everything before signing the official papers and paying the down payment. 


If for any reason you change your mind, you will be able to request a refund for your full initial booking fee, and the refund will be issued back to you using the same credit card and should take between 14 and 21 working days. 


The prices offered here will not be available after the expo ends, there are only a few units available, so select your unit and book it now. 


The booking will start at 5:00 pm on Expo day. If you are visiting this page before this time, you must register now to be able to book your unit when the door opens.

Project Overview:

  • The Ledge is a mixed-use development that offers Retail, Medical, and Administrative properties. The project is located at the edge of Akoya Compound, a fully built and delivered residential compound that was built by us and that actually has had numerous families move in. The Ledge concept was to develop a high-end unique project that features a modern design. We worked with our reputable architect partners to combine cladding with structural glazing to build a majestic facade that welcomes guests and customers to our development. The design also allows our owners to enjoy inspiring wide views on the main road and the water features in the entrance plaza. The project consists of two phases, and today we are launching phase 1, which is a building of 3 floors, each floor is planned to be dedicated to a specialized activity, the ground floor is purely retail, the first floor is medical and the second floor is administrative offices. We have designed and constructed this project based on our previous success with Leven Square, a very similar mixed-use development in New Cairo. We are also following the same pricing strategy which is focused on giving our earliest customers the most exclusive projects, and increasing the prices gradually as we sell more units. The project is expected to be delivered in 2.5 years, and given the current construction progress, we are very confident that we will be able to maintain this delivery date and hopefully beat it.

Note for Non-Egyptian buyers: 

Typically to buy an off plan unit using installments, you must provide checks from an Egyptian Bank; however, we found some solutions for you. You can pay the full price in Cash and benefit from the extra Cash discount, or the developer might allow you to pay the first few years of installments using wire transfers; however, once the developer delivers the unit to you after a few years, you will have to provide checks from an Egyptian bank to pay for the remaining amount or maybe settle the remaining amount with cash.
